I ordered online. The order was ready on time. The juice did not seem to have extra ginger as requested. The acai bowl did not have peanut butter on top as requested.

Fast, friendly service!! Two areas of opportunity:
1) Nut Butter Portions: The amount of nut butter (almond, peanut) given as a paid, add-on bowl topping is consistently very little and less than that of other Nektar store locations
2) Order Comments on App: Recommend adding a comments section to app order submission process that allows customers to add any notes, substitution and omission comments that are not already captured in the standardized ingredient lists

New people working. Crowded with customers but they were lackadaisical and moving slowly. App order ppl waiting on wrong line. No one taking charge. At least four people working but took longer than usual. Also don't like that the bowl I always get is different now. Looking elsewhere
