I got the acai mango bowl, but the base was way too runny for my liking. Wish the base is thicker in consistency.

I ordered açai bowl, it wasn't full and the price you pay is not worth it. I can go to a competitor and pay the same price and it will be full to the rim. Also, the taste of this side is not that great. I feel that your quality has gone down a lot.

The cashier didn't know how to process a gift card. Secondly, I saw the workers the back put an already made frozen bowl (probably from an order not picked up) into the blender when making my acai bowl. Overall, I expected better quality and service.

Ordered on app. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. That time came and passed and after an additional 20 minutes got bowl. Took entire lunch and had to put in freezer ( where it still sits) due to no time left on break to eat.

Store employees don’t have knowledge of the current specials highlighted on the Necter app. It happened again today and has happened several times to me in the past year or so. Today’s example was Buy 2 açaí bowls get one free that’s on the app as “5 weeks 5 gifts”. They didn’t know about it, wouldn’t honor it and really don’t care. I even showed it to them on the app. Frustrating. I will be limiting the times I order on the app and come in

All good--this is my favorite go-to lunch/snack! Staff is really efficient and friendly. The only thing is that the snack size acai bowls are too frozen!! Maybe set the freezer/refridgerator a little bit warmer? Thanks
