The customer service and speed were fine. The only issue we had was the banana slices in the Acai bowl. They were hard and tasteless.

I think this is one of the best locations. The way they make the bowls is very good. It’s consistent every time. Other locations change the way the bowl is made. The service is good and people are courteous.

Experience is usually good. Sometimes it can take a long time to get your order. I love the drinks and bowls. My main complaint is that not everything is organic. Another piece of feedback would be to offer sweeteners like honey or date sugar as opposed to agave nectar. Thanks!

I always use the app so my order is ready when I arrive. This morning, my order was not ready. The male employee walked over to the order machine on the wall and pulled my order receipt from the machine. It apparently was their for over 15 mins. Without a word or explanation, he starts making my order (a bowl and a juice). There was only one female and one male inside waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 15 mins for my order. I realize that it was a simple mistake but an apology would have been appreciated. I will no longer tip on the app before receiving my order.

Overall the experience and food has always been great. One thing to improve on would be consistency. Some days my bowl is full to the top with my fruit and peanut butter “squished” down (which I love the fullness) other days my bowl (same order, same toppings) is only 3/4 full.
