I like the Acai bowls with gluten-free granola. The smoothies are good. I like the Pink Flamingo.

Disfruto mucho del bowl de proteína con frutas. Por lo regular el recipiente es llenado en su totalidad. Y me gusta! Regularmente compro en Portola parkway. En esa ocasión compré en Quail Hill y las porciones estaban a un tercio del recipiente. Menos producto al parecer. Menos fruta. Menos mezcla ☹️

Well I ordered my acai bowl online because I assumed it would expedite the time spent going to pick up my lunch, but I actually spent more time waiting at this location than if I would’ve driven to the other location in Tustin. Since I was on my lunch break I’m pressed a little for time, which why I ordered ahead. Then when I arrived they said the order wasn’t ready yet. Literally 15-20 minutes later I received my order. I’d like to note that I left my office 12 minutes prior to arriving. I don’t mind waiting a little bit, but this was not necessarily the experience I was hoping for.

Not enough almond butter in the almond butter bowl. Couldn't taste it.

I frequent this location because it’s within walking distance of my house. However, this is my first açaí bowl location choice. It always takes way longer than the estimated time after I place the order on the app and there are not a lot of ingredient choices compared to other acai bowl places.

I ordered four bowls and upon pick up, the staff just handed me two paper bags to bag them myself. I was struggling a bit trying to hold the bag open to place the bowls in, but the staff just stood on the side with no intention of helping. I’ve been to this location several time and the staffs will always ask if I needed a bag and if I say yes they would bag it for me. Same as other similar places I’ve been to. This is the first time I encountered unusually subpar service from your store. Product is still great though! 10/10

The PBJ bowl met expectations this time compared to the last time. Plenty of fruit and looked tasty. Staff was pleasant.

Worked just fine ordering online and picking up the bowl. Just wish the happy hour promotions worked before 4 pm.

The PB bowl looked sad and unappetizing. It is similar to the chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and which looks much more appetizing with fresher appearing and more abundant fruit for less money. The PB bowl was runny and the fruit was less and appeared unappetizing for more money. I order a few juices and asked for a drink carrier and was just given the drink carrier for me to load the juices myself. Would have thought that as "good" customer service, you would put the drinks in the carrier.

Really love visiting this location however the specifics of my order were incorrect. Asked for no bananas in my açaí bowl but there was some. Not that big of a deal but attention to detail is always appreciated.

Great! Ordering online is the best. The time it takes to make the bowls if you order in person is lengthy.
