customer service has definitely improved juices taste a bit watered down at this particular location. feels like it could use just more of the veggies.

Nekter is not doing well. The prices are high and some of the good items are no longer there. My favorite juice is the Recovery and before it was the Cure. None of these are available anymore and the menu keep changing to the worst. The only reason I go to Nekter is because it is close to my house. If there is any other store that does the same thing I will go there blindly.

I always use the app so my order is ready when I arrive. This morning, my order was not ready. The male employee walked over to the order machine on the wall and pulled my order receipt from the machine. It apparently was their for over 15 mins. Without a word or explanation, he starts making my order (a bowl and a juice). There was only one female and one male inside waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, I had to wait about 15 mins for my order. I realize that it was a simple mistake but an apology would have been appreciated. I will no longer tip on the app before receiving my order.

The PB bowl looked sad and unappetizing. It is similar to the chunky strawberry bowl from Jamba Juice and which looks much more appetizing with fresher appearing and more abundant fruit for less money. The PB bowl was runny and the fruit was less and appeared unappetizing for more money. I order a few juices and asked for a drink carrier and was just given the drink carrier for me to load the juices myself. Would have thought that as "good" customer service, you would put the drinks in the carrier.

I ordered online. The order was ready on time. The juice did not seem to have extra ginger as requested. The acai bowl did not have peanut butter on top as requested.
