I ordered online was there 2 mins after pick up time not even started making it. They didn’t put Ice in my juice and no protein power I can tell cuz of the froth is not white… also I don’t taste any ginger. Not sure what the guy gave me..

One of the workers “Monica Berry” was so rude to me.
This girl Monica Berry made me the worst smoothie I have ever had.
I do not ever want to go to another Nektar Juice Bar again.
Bad experience and never again.

This is one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in town because the bowls and juices are always refreshing. I’m about 10 minutes away by foot so I always order online and walk to pickup my order, and I’ve always experienced a turnaround time of 10-15 minutes, and I’ve ordered sporadically over the course of 2-3 years. I truly can’t relate to the other reviews regarding long wait times because my standard spot in SF is always a 15-20 minute wait, so that’s what I normally anticipate when ordering bowls specifically. I appreciate the time and effort it takes to make my orders because it’s always fresh by the time I pick it up.

Location is good and juices are good human people
However it doesn’t matter how many orders you have 1 or 2 or 3 and even to put in order even half an hour ahead still when i go my order not ready, so I don’t understand what’s the purpose order on line ahead and if i want put order 1 hour ahead my juice not be fresh

Seeing that the production place of this juice bar is very dirty, they deliberately cover the production position but you can still see that the service and quality are the same to the extreme, get out of this place, the quality and service of your juice bar are both Not worthy of occupying this position, the worst juice bar
