I frequent this location and have always been pleased with the exemplary customer service and quality juices, smoothies and bowls.

The juice tasted good and service was prompt. The young lady greeted me right away.

their juices taste good however the customer service is really poor and it’s basically ran by two teens that know nothing about running a store!!

The food and service was great-- it did take 20 minutes for our bowls to come out even though there was no line when we got there. There were a lot of online orders but the two girls just seemed swamped. Their busiest times are in the morning so there should be at least 3 staff there until 12 at least.. I used to work there and we never had only 2 working in the morning for rush.. they gave me a larger juice since we had to wait though and I really appreciated it. I could tell they were working their butts off just needed more help.

Amazing place! Great juice and really delicious dairy free ice cream. I recommend their chocolate ice cream! Also once their payment system was down and they gave my drink for free since I didn’t have cash!

Never will be back to this place ever, ordered the acai bowl and the portion was half the cup they served it in, we usually go to juice it up but wanted to try here, we are going back to juice it up, at least they fill there bowls to the top for the same price. The portion we got was half the size we get from juice it up and the same price.

very disorganized. I walked in and the 2 girls were in the back laughing and chatting. There was a sign displaying a sale of pack of bottled juices for $29.99. I asked for a pack, and the price was $39.99. I asked the girl about it and she said it was an old sign. "isn't that false advertisement". customer service was also poor and didn't get a warm and fussy feeling from them. not a good place to go to.

Good juice! Very slow

Not the best representation of the Nekter brand, convenient location to have but every time I’ve been here it’s very busy and very understaffed, they frequently mess up mobile orders and it takes 2x as long to get your juice or açaí bowl. There definitely needs to be some changes made but like I said location wise, very convenient.

Healthy, very tasty natural juice the place is nice quiet and cozy, like their juices after gym or in a hot weather.

I like the store and the vibe but it kills me to order non-organic juice. I do so because the location is convenient to me, but I would go almost daily if there were organic options.

We are frequent customers of Nekter. One of our favorite drinks is the Health Nut smoothie and we get it regularly. Today post workout we decided we needed a boost and stopped at this location. This was the WORSE smoothie I've ever had. It was all I've so now I feel like I just paid $8.00 for chipped ice. It was given to us also covered in the drink as no one bothered to wipe it off after pouring it in the cup. Didn't realize it would be this awful or we would of turned around and asked for our money back as we stopped here enroute to an appointment. One of the reason we frequent Nekter is for consistency and quality. This is by far our worse experience in ANY juice/smoothie place!!!

This feedback is for Nekter Juice Bar Tustin which is not on your list. They need help. I order on line and I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I came in today, check in, and still waited for about 25 minutes to find out that they had it ready and put it aside without tell me or calling out my name. They need help.

Tasty and relatively healthful food (fruit and juices are still high in sugar). The music is always loud and horrible. Staff is sometimes friendly.
