Super sweet staff. My boyfriend and I just said today this nekter location has outstood the test of time. Has always been pleasant and speedy. Never had a bad experience here and have been coming for years. Management is doing a great job, I hope the staff is compensated well because they’re always so sweet and positive regardless of if they’re busy and stressed.

They made my drink wrong. And I even paid extra for things in the drink. It stings. But I don’t say anything because it’s a waste of money for the company to waste juice to make another one. Can you have the workers follow the recipes accurately. This isn’t the first this happened.
