It always takes a long time to get an order from Nektar, not very efficient set up. I usually order online before leaving to pick up. This time I had a 3 item order. 2 items were ready but they weren’t even aware of the 3rd item, confirming if I had everything and I had to say no, I was still needing my smoothie. Instead of stopping whatever she was making to make mine on the fly, I had to wait another 7+ minutes to get my smoothie after other people were helped

I love a lot of the products and the service at the Encinitas location. I work nearby so it’s easy to get a quick boost with a smoothie made by Nektar.
