Today was good. The last time we were there, it was terrible. The açai bowl was soup. I sent it back. My smoothie was like water and they told me it was because of the ingredients. I know that can’t be true because I’ve gotten the same exact smoothie 100x and it’s never been runny. I feel like for a long spell. It was consistently always great. Didn’t matter what time of day or when I went. The past 3+ months has been inconsistent with sometimes not being satisfied with the quality of our purchases. If I was reading it, I would say 70% consistent 30% not. Whereas beforehand, I would’ve said 90% consistent. The staff is always pleasant.

It was pretty frustrating this morning. I placed an order for pickup and the app told me 11:45a pick up. I am doing this survey in the shop now at 12:15p. Maybe you need to limit online ordering on the weekend or hire more staff to handle the online orders. This kind of delay has happened to me a few times at this location and makes we want to get smoothies and bowls elsewhere.

Nice people but I asked for a medium juice and was sold the largest size, and charged for it. I also got a pineapple/dragonfruit smoothie that tastes like water, the most bland and tasteless smoothie I’ve ever had. I think I spent $24 with tip. That was a waste.

The new app isn't functioning, so I couldn't apply a coupon or earn points. Also, one of the locations I visit appears to not be making the Kickstart coffee smoothie which was another disappointment I encountered today.

We no longer have Nekter store near my house! I picked up some smoothies in Encinitas. The staff was friendly and efficient. Thank you!

I downloaded the app to get the free smoothie and enjoy more perks of the app. But I didn’t work :(

I ordered on the app. Walked in and said hi then walked to the pickup area and didn’t see my drink so I sat down. The worker didn’t acknowledge me at all so I assumed she was just focusing on making the juice which is understandable. After 6 minutes or so a man walked in and she immediately stopped to ask him if he was there to pick up his order. She still didn’t acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter and she still wasn’t acknowledging me. I asked if my smoothie was ready and she said yes and grabbed it for me. I’m just confused what she thought I was waiting for and why did she acknowledge the man and I had to speak 5 times for her to respond. (I understand the blenders are loud so maybe a few times she just didn’t hear and that’s fair.) but it was just odd and I probably won’t come back to this location.

Every time I stop by, I have a delicious smoothie. I will continue to stop by when I need to fill my smoothie need.

Another excellent experience! Delicious smoothie and juice. Love the ease of order pick up and really appreciate the hard working staff.

The smoothies were very watered down

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I came back in to tweak my smoothie with more agave and they were super kind about it!
