It always takes a long time to get an order from Nektar, not very efficient set up. I usually order online before leaving to pick up. This time I had a 3 item order. 2 items were ready but they weren’t even aware of the 3rd item, confirming if I had everything and I had to say no, I was still needing my smoothie. Instead of stopping whatever she was making to make mine on the fly, I had to wait another 7+ minutes to get my smoothie after other people were helped

Honestly, I love your products.
I was disappointed that when I got there, I was told it would still be a few minutes. They were working on the order. It was frustrating to me that I expected my order to be done at 2:30 and at 2:35 someone else walked in and placed an order and my order got delayed because they filled that person‘s order prior to mine.
I had to be at a friend’s
home by 3 o’clock and I was a little late. I was relieving a caregiver and it was frustrating that had my drink been done on time, I would have been at my appointment on time.
Other than that, everything is delicious.
