The Encinitas staff is friendly but definitely understaffed on weekends. Orders are slow and wait times high but it’s due to staffing. The team that is there is working hard.

The staff is always so friendly at the Encinitas location! And my drinks are always very consistent :)

Overall, I love Nekter. Only feedback is that for some reason, at the Encinitas location, my acai superfood bowl is sometimes super green. The picture and the normal bowl is mostly purple. However, maybe 10-20% of the time at Encinitas only the bowl comes out super green. I wouldn't mind the color if it didn't make it taste weird... but it does. It tastes super grainy, different, and almost gamey. Anyway, that's my feedback. Other than love I love me some Netker and I've never had this issue anywhere else at Nekter in the United States.

The app has improved over the last year-at least I can use my gift card for online ordering now, however I still encountered problems redeeming my rewards.
