Nice people but I asked for a medium juice and was sold the largest size, and charged for it. I also got a pineapple/dragonfruit smoothie that tastes like water, the most bland and tasteless smoothie I’ve ever had. I think I spent $24 with tip. That was a waste.
I ordered on the app. Walked in and said hi then walked to the pickup area and didn’t see my drink so I sat down. The worker didn’t acknowledge me at all so I assumed she was just focusing on making the juice which is understandable. After 6 minutes or so a man walked in and she immediately stopped to ask him if he was there to pick up his order. She still didn’t acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter and she still wasn’t acknowledging me. I asked if my smoothie was ready and she said yes and grabbed it for me. I’m just confused what she thought I was waiting for and why did she acknowledge the man and I had to speak 5 times for her to respond. (I understand the blenders are loud so maybe a few times she just didn’t hear and that’s fair.) but it was just odd and I probably won’t come back to this location.

I have been getting food poisoning from this place for weeks. I couldn't isolate it at first, but yesterday it was the only place I went to after fasting. I'm so sick of getting sick AGAIN! There is a lawsuit with this place and after getting no response from them I believe they are aware and dont care. I also go to allot of other juice places and never ever get sick from them!!! I juice myself and have never gotten sick. I would like to know what they are doing to make everyone so sick???????

Our vendor does have strict quality checks along with inspection and lot traceability to identify if there are similar incidents are reported by others.

They made my drink wrong. And I even paid extra for things in the drink. It stings. But I don’t say anything because it’s a waste of money for the company to waste juice to make another one. Can you have the workers follow the recipes accurately. This isn’t the first this happened.

Great place for healthy and refreshing Juice and Smoothies
How do I feel? Well I feel better now that I had a juice. There was something chunky in the bottom that was weird. Never had that happen before.
