I always have a great experience at Nekter. I order online and it is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. The bowls are my favorite!

Overall, I love Nekter. Only feedback is that for some reason, at the Encinitas location, my acai superfood bowl is sometimes super green. The picture and the normal bowl is mostly purple. However, maybe 10-20% of the time at Encinitas only the bowl comes out super green. I wouldn't mind the color if it didn't make it taste weird... but it does. It tastes super grainy, different, and almost gamey. Anyway, that's my feedback. Other than love I love me some Netker and I've never had this issue anywhere else at Nekter in the United States.

This is the best Smoothie place. I only come here. The employees are really friendly and the place is well managed. On top of that they have the most delicious smoothies and bowls.

I visited Nectar at the Encinitas location in San Diego during my vacation, and it was a fantastic experience. My relatives suggested I try the Dragon Fruit Bowl, and it was absolutely yummy—so refreshing and delicious! The store owner, Jayna, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She took the time to understand my taste and helped me pick the perfect bowl. Her friendly nature, warm smile, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our visit special. The entire staff was equally polite, positive, and attentive, creating such a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Thank you for the great service.

Our bowls were delicious, customer experience was positive. Only problem was that a power shot was forgotten in our order. We called and the manager said they would refund it to our card, which we appreciated. Will be back and will hope our order is correct next time.

Today was good. The last time we were there, it was terrible. The açai bowl was soup. I sent it back. My smoothie was like water and they told me it was because of the ingredients. I know that can’t be true because I’ve gotten the same exact smoothie 100x and it’s never been runny. I feel like for a long spell. It was consistently always great. Didn’t matter what time of day or when I went. The past 3+ months has been inconsistent with sometimes not being satisfied with the quality of our purchases. If I was reading it, I would say 70% consistent 30% not. Whereas beforehand, I would’ve said 90% consistent. The staff is always pleasant.

Fabulous, love this place! Krista's Kolada is a must try, it is so delicious! My Protein Power Bowl was packed to the top with fresh fruit and I love the choice of either plant based (pea) or whey protein. I love the expansive menu, the Protein Waffles are so good and I haven't seen those anywhere else. Huge menu, friendly staff and fun and healthful items. The Popeye was taken off the menu but you can still order it here, thank you! I stop here every time I go to Trader Joes (same shopping center) so its very convenient.

It was pretty frustrating this morning. I placed an order for pickup and the app told me 11:45a pick up. I am doing this survey in the shop now at 12:15p. Maybe you need to limit online ordering on the weekend or hire more staff to handle the online orders. This kind of delay has happened to me a few times at this location and makes we want to get smoothies and bowls elsewhere.

The bowl was exactly as I asked it to be , and it was mixed very well. I like how the consistency was; it was thick, cold, and didn’t melt right away. It was also made relatively fast. Thanks so much!

I placed a to-go order, and upon arrival, the employee barely acknowledged me. The customer service was lacking, and the bowl was only three-quarters full.

I always get the PB Acai bowl and love it. It's the perfect lunch.

my bowl was delicious and i received it early

This location is my favorite out of the handful that I’ve been to around San Diego. I don’t know what’s changed at the Bressi location in the past 4-6 weeks but the menu items taste different from any other location and not in a good way. The peanut butter bowl in particular has a pale and bland base. The flavors at the Encinitas location are consistently delicious, online orders are ready on time or early, the staff is friendly, and parking is easy. Perfect!
