I generally love Nekter .. however this transaction wasn’t up to par with my usual experience. The peanut bowl I got was very liquid…I think there needed more ice or something … also there should have been more acai/pitaya In it.. too much chia seed pudding … so order was not how I like if. I will say that the girl making it for me tho was very nice and had great customer service .. I think maybe with practice the order could get better !

My protein bowl wasn’t mixed completely. There was a large clip of what I believe was protein powder that wasn’t blended. I couldn’t eat all of it.

Went in to pick up online order, no one greeted us and our order was ready sitting behind the counter while we waited for 5 minutes. Our açaí superfood bowls were missing cocoa nibs, chia seeds and the blue vanilla cashew drizzle.

The bowls are pricey but nice and fresh seemingly. However this one is sooo soupy after just driving 10 minutes home. That Isn’t usually the case. Seems they forgot to keep it cold before being picked up. Or more liquid being used now. Sent my son in to pick it up and he didn’t say anything so only realized after getting it home. Ugh

I love the açaí bowls! Very fast service for delivery orders. One request: Could you add tape or some kind of a sticker to the lid of the açaí bowls for extra safety on delivery orders? The bowls could easily be tampered with. Thanks!

I have always gone here and had a great experience. On my last visit, I ordered a bowl and the bowl was not ready when I arrived and took an additional 20 minutes. This through off my next appointment with my daughter.

Okay. The wait is always longer than I think it should be for smoothies/bowls and I’d like to see More high-quality ingredients. For example- I saw them using a big jar of Sysco classic peanut butter Which is pretty much the cheapest thing out there….
