The PB health nut is my favorite smoothie. It has been very inconsistent lately. It is often a foamy thick consistency and warm. Not good at all. My kids don’t want to get it anymore.

Pick up order experience was easy and friendly. The team member greeted me as I entered the store and got my order right away. Oddly, I was the only customer in the store and was standing at the register and the team member put the smoothie at the pick up counter instead of handing it to me. It just felt a little silly. I assume they put it there so I could use one of the powders or select a straw, but again it just felt odd to set it down when I was standing right there.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. 2 smoothies, one for me and one for my daughter. My daughter wasn’t with me so I didn’t try her smoothie but when i gave it to her after picking her up from school we realized that we got the wrong smoothie. It had a very strong ginger taste which my 6 year old couldn’t drink.

Feels like I’m bothering the staff when placing an order, smoothies were the worst we’ve had today, all three were not finished, I normally stop here when running errands with my kids around the Encinitas area, will definitely avoid this location too many bad experiences and this final one was the last straw.
Okay. The wait is always longer than I think it should be for smoothies/bowls and I’d like to see More high-quality ingredients. For example- I saw them using a big jar of Sysco classic peanut butter Which is pretty much the cheapest thing out there….

First… I love your smoothies! I placed a mobile app and had to wait a few minutes beyond the time it was supposed to be ready - which was fine…I understand it’s busy. Also, no one greeted me when I entered the store. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the store.. there was a big spill as you walk into the store.. there was no sign notifying customers of the spill (someone could have easily slipped)…another customer was cautioning people as they walked into the store. No one cleaned up the spill during the 10 minutes I was in the store. Otherwise, my smoothie was perfectly made.

100% overcharge, went here to buy drinks for family. They charge me two dollars extra because they are greedy and they don’t know how to do math. This establishment has overpriced smoothies, 22$ for 2 smoothies, who in their right mind will pay for that. This place needs to lower their prices ASAP!
