Love Nekter! We have visited locations throughout the country; however, we have just completed our transparency. We ordered online (15 minutes ahead), and then it wasn't ready for another 40 minutes after that. You might want to consider hiring more staff or temporarily eliminating mobile ordering. The staff that was there was friendly and did the best they could, and our orders were delicious.

The new app isn't functioning, so I couldn't apply a coupon or earn points. Also, one of the locations I visit appears to not be making the Kickstart coffee smoothie which was another disappointment I encountered today.
