The bowl was exactly as I asked it to be , and it was mixed very well. I like how the consistency was; it was thick, cold, and didn’t melt right away. It was also made relatively fast. Thanks so much!

Everything was ready when I arrived and order was correct!

I placed a to-go order, and upon arrival, the employee barely acknowledged me. The customer service was lacking, and the bowl was only three-quarters full.

I ordered on the app. Walked in and said hi then walked to the pickup area and didn’t see my drink so I sat down. The worker didn’t acknowledge me at all so I assumed she was just focusing on making the juice which is understandable. After 6 minutes or so a man walked in and she immediately stopped to ask him if he was there to pick up his order. She still didn’t acknowledge me. I walked up to the counter and she still wasn’t acknowledging me. I asked if my smoothie was ready and she said yes and grabbed it for me. I’m just confused what she thought I was waiting for and why did she acknowledge the man and I had to speak 5 times for her to respond. (I understand the blenders are loud so maybe a few times she just didn’t hear and that’s fair.) but it was just odd and I probably won’t come back to this location.

I have been getting food poisoning from this place for weeks. I couldn't isolate it at first, but yesterday it was the only place I went to after fasting. I'm so sick of getting sick AGAIN! There is a lawsuit with this place and after getting no response from them I believe they are aware and dont care. I also go to allot of other juice places and never ever get sick from them!!! I juice myself and have never gotten sick. I would like to know what they are doing to make everyone so sick???????

The cost is hard to justify. I would not recommend to a friend primarily for that reason. The service today was kind, and I appreciated the smiling server. They were running a bit late however.
