These smoothies are sooooo good.

This is the second time I have mobile ordered here. I arrived and watched 3 people walk in to place orders and they received their order 15 minutes before I got my two smoothies. Didn't make sense to mobile order if I can walk in and get it quicker. Cindy

Still holding out for you to bring back fresh wheatgrass juice:) Wish you had more healthy add ons for drinks and bowls such as oats, flax meal, and cinnamon and even garbanzo or lentils for the smoothies. Eric

I am writing to express my concerns about the recent decline in service at your location in Ladera Ranch, where I have been a loyal customer for nearly 9 years. As someone who works in the same shopping center, I have consistently ordered juices, smoothies, and shots from your store during this time. However, in the past couple of months, I have noticed a significant deterioration in the quality of service. It is evident to me that there has been a change in management, as the level of customer care has dramatically shifted.When I walk into the store, I am not acknowledged by the staff. I often have to initiate conversation just to be addressed, and there is a noticeable lack of eye contact and engagement. Additionally, the consistency of the smoothies has become unreliable, with the taste varying from visit to visit. Moreover, I frequently order my drinks in advance, typically 15 to 30 minutes ahead, yet on several occasions, my order has not been ready when I arrive.

I pre-ordered a smoothie on the app, got to the store on time and still had to wait 20 minutes for the smoothie. The smoothie was not blended well and had so many chunks about 1/3 of it could not be drank through straw.

Service was great. I ordered the smoothies online and they were ready a few minutes before they were expected. Everything was great.

It would be nice to have the ability to remove banana from any recipe through the mobile app. I have a banana allergy and there is only one smoothie that is customizable without banana.

Healthy açaí bowls for all! Always a great option for good breakfast or smoothies on the go! As always, happy dining!

I walked in today and wasn’t greeted. A friendly welcome goes a long way. Other than that, my smoothies were great and I’ll continue to come in, as this is the nearest place to get a smoothie, close to my daughters jiu-jitsu academy.
