Your staff is always outstanding and helpful. I visit this location 1-3 times a week. My only issue today was brown banana slices on my bowl. They quickly rectified it.

I order off the App and use a gift card. I purchase a Açaí bowl about 5 days a week. I hate that the format has changed and I now have to enter my full name email and phone number every time when ordering. It’s ridiculous. I’m ordering off my phone. You already have all that information. Also my $200 gift card no longer automatically links to my account when ordering so I have to enter the numbers and pin every time I order. Really annoying. I order from my car in the parking when leaving the gym. It use to be so easy and not it’s not. Fix it. You have not made things better for sure. It’s worse 🤦♀️

Always love getting a Mango Acai bowl from Nektar. They are incredible -- but the price limits how often I visit. $14-$15 for a bowl is kind of nuts -- you would get a lot more sales from me if your price was more reasonable. You are pricing out a lot of customers and sales.
PS I used to work at Taco Bell -- and saw first hand how reasonable pricing brings in more customers more often.

I just love Nekter Juice Bar! The fruit and smoothies are always fresh, tasty and the acai fruit bowls are scrumptious!!! 😋

We ordered 3 bowls today and one was a custom order. Unfortunately the custom order had a lot less than the other bowls. That was disappointing especially because we paid extra for the extra toppings in the custom order.

I don't know what secret sauce the Ladera store has, but it is head and tales above many of the other Nekters in the area. Simply delicious bowls!
