I’ve had a variety of experiences at your store each week. The first week, I ordered over the phone and paid cash at the store with no problem. The next week, I called and was told they won’t take my order over the phone. I was told I had to place my order online (even though I was at the store at that point) and was given a screen to order on. Then I was told I could only pay by credit card. The next week, I ordered in person and was able to pay in cash. No one was available for a few minutes after I arrived so that wasn’t ideal either since I go on my way to work. So every week, I never know what to expect. Also, each week I order the Protein Power Bowl and it is made inconsistently each time. It’s always good, but it’s never the same. I hope you find this information helpful. I’d order more often but I can’t rely on the process or product from one week to the next.

Order was wrong. Ordered 2 bowls, one with granola and one without. I got home and both had granola. Too late to return to store.

Of the 4 bowls, I ordered 2 açaí banana berry bowls, almost similar in customization but we’re both made incorrectly. One of the bowls had an açaí base but the other was a pitaya base (recognized by 2 different colors). One asked for no blueberries, but they both had it. One asked for pineapple, but wasn’t present. Both asked for granola on the side, but was present in the bowl. These are a few items that made the custom order hard to recognize who’s was who’s and if it was correct. Yeah, it sounds like first world problems and I can deal with it, but since this survey asked for feedback, here it is. Side note: incorrectly made customizations makes it harder for children to enjoy (i.e., my kids’ bowls these were both made for).

I ordered online which was easy and convenient. My order was ready when I arrived. Person behind counter was busy so there was no interaction but my bowl was easy to find in cooler on counter

There were less strawberries because we added the waffle which I thought was on the side but it was in the bowl and took up too much room I guess….

We normally love this Nekter. People are good, service is good and the food is great. But the last few times our bowls have not been the best. The first time the taste was less than desirable and the second time they just threw on a ton of peanut butter on the top of everything. Had to mix it in and then the bowl was ok, but I don't usually like to mix everything up in my bowls I like to eat the fruit on top separate.

I have been ordering from this location for years. I used to be greeted when I came in and always received great service. The past several times I e been there, I was not acknowledged at all and was made to wait for my online order that was ready, but was sitting up on the counter instead of up front where online orders are normally put. Today I ordered a peanut butter bowl and added peanut butter on top with an extra side of granola. When I got home with my order, I noticed my bowl was only half full, missing the peanut butter on top and missing strawberries. I’m considering changing which location I go to.

Love nekter but think my bowl order was missing some things today. Ordered the açaí superfood but didn’t have the chia seed topping, or the green apples or blueberries

Tristyn always does an amazing job at making our bowls and she is always ready with a smile too! We appreciate her hard work and her positive attitude and friendliness.

Love the bowls it’s just such a long wait time from ordering on the app to when it’s available

Sadly I have received more negative experiences than positive ones at this location. Today, my order of 1 açaí bowl took just about 45 minutes from start to finish. The employees didn’t acknowledge me staring in the lobby waiting with my child, probably because there were about 10 of us waiting and the only ones they helped were the moms that were annoyed with the long wait. Sadly, you can tell the 2 employees working were overworked and understaffed and could feel the negative energy that was coming from the crowd waiting. I know things the sad and unfortunate result of California min wage up so high, that so many companies, probably nekter as well - are running a skeleton crew. However, with this level of customer service, I think I will have to pull the plug on treating my daughter to her açaí bowl. Hopefully, you all can reevaluate your staffing and teach these younger kids working to at least acknowledge the customers as they walk in and give true customer service. It’s lacking at many companies including here at Nekter in Ladera. Thanks for listening to my feedback.

Service and bowl was great. Your app doesn’t work well and is frustrating to use. Placed order initially and checked all of the required fields - would not add to cart. Had to use a previous order instead.

Bowls were great and ready earlier than expected which was great.

Best smoothie bowl I’ve ever had! To go process was smooth, bowl was waiting for me in a cute little fridge !
