There seems to be a consistent problem when I ask for Ginger in my juice, specifically extra ginger, and it tastes like you guys didn’t put any ginger in it. I’m kind of baffled….

Would you please add on line to order the mini size for your Make a your Pwn Juice please?

Would love if you add the smallest size I believe is the 8 oz for juice to order on line, it doesn’t show up on line just in store , please add it! Thank you

my online order dates my free juice would be ready at 10:56am. I walked in at 10:55am and it was particularly busy this morning. I was greeted and asked for my order. I stated that I ordered online. She looked and said she would make it now with a smile. I said thank you and got my drink at 11am.

I was ignored for 15 minutes, despite standing at the pickup counter. My order only had one bowl and it took over 20 minutes to make. This made it ready 15 minutes after my pickup time. I ordered at 10:50 and it was ready at 11:18. I also was not greeted, and when asked if i was helped, i said i am waiting for a mobile order and the employee just rolled her eyes and went to make more juices. I felt ignored and not welcome.

It was very good service and juice today.

Still holding out for you to bring back fresh wheatgrass juice:) Wish you had more healthy add ons for drinks and bowls such as oats, flax meal, and cinnamon and even garbanzo or lentils for the smoothies. Eric

I am writing to express my concerns about the recent decline in service at your location in Ladera Ranch, where I have been a loyal customer for nearly 9 years. As someone who works in the same shopping center, I have consistently ordered juices, smoothies, and shots from your store during this time. However, in the past couple of months, I have noticed a significant deterioration in the quality of service. It is evident to me that there has been a change in management, as the level of customer care has dramatically shifted.When I walk into the store, I am not acknowledged by the staff. I often have to initiate conversation just to be addressed, and there is a noticeable lack of eye contact and engagement. Additionally, the consistency of the smoothies has become unreliable, with the taste varying from visit to visit. Moreover, I frequently order my drinks in advance, typically 15 to 30 minutes ahead, yet on several occasions, my order has not been ready when I arrive.
