After placing the order of 2 items in the app, I showed up to find only 1 smoothie ready. When asked about the second, the guy said, “oh, it didn’t print”. No sorry, no apology. He made the drink, and instead of giving it straight to me he placed it on the counter. Could care less that at this point the order was placed 30 minutes before and I was in a rush. I asked his coworker about my juice and they started to discuss if it was mine or not. I wish I did not leave a tip for this mess of an attitude. I don’t think I will be back again.

I live next to the RSM location and I refuse to go there. your store is always nice, fast and friendly. Also my juice never disappoints.

Good. I typically like this location. However, the smoothie I ordered last night was extremely liquid(ty). Of course I will still come back as I love Nekter's juices/bowls/smoothies. This hasn't happened before. I think the prices though are not equivalent to the quality. I tip, but would tip more if the prices of the products were lower.
