Friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great customer service!! I’ve frequented many stores, but the Ladera Ranch location is my fav! I must give kudos to both Jackie and Krista! They’re so personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I had been sick so I was getting juices everyday and they helped me so much by recommending additional juices for wellness and immunity. Both have always greeted me with a smile (which is so nice nowadays), and they both are thoughtful and sincere! They were not only cheering me up, but cheering me on the whole time it took me to get better. The juices are fresh pressed right there and then, giving their products maximum nutrients and health benefits—a huge plus. They remembered me at my second visit and took the time to ask how I was feeling…No other store can compete when it comes to customer service. They call me by name now as I do with them. I feel like I have two new friends! So naturally, this has become my favorite store! Thanks Jackie and Krista!!

Great juice place! I am happy to have this walking distance to my house. Since i decided to invest in 2-3 times per week of fresh juice for my health .

My juice was amazing! But the other day there was a promo if you buy juice you get the oatmeal for $2 so purchased this promo but my oatmeal was only 1 full table spoon so they cheated on the size of the oatmeal.. It wasn’t even half full was very disappointing..

2nd time visitor. First time, I had a green detox with celery added. It was perfect! Not too much ginger. Just awesome.
2nd time in, I used the mobile app. It doesn't look like I can add celery using the mobile app. :( Super bummed. Ginger overload. Makes it really hard to drink the juice.

I asked for freshly made turmeric and ginger juice shots and was told they made it this morning. I wanted it freshly made. They didn’t offer to make it etc. If that’s the case I’ll just buy it from the grocery store

It’s always a pleasure visiting Nekter - Ladera especially. They make the juices very well. I don’t think I’ve ever had an order incorrect. Friendly and efficient. - yay

Overall happy but I ordered celery juice and I tasted ginger in it. Of course I wanted pure celery juice like I ordered. Unhappy about that and it does happen from time to time. Hope this can be remedied. Thanks.
