Keeps messing up on modifications of the dragon fruit bowl.

I love the mini frig that they have on the counter to pick up your online orders. Very convenient at the Ladera Ranch location. Not all locations have this & it's definitely a plus at Ladera! And I love the consistency of the bowls that I order (base & fruit on top).

Never a disappoint at this joint. Bowls packed to the brim and juices on point.

Their smoothies and fresh bowls are great. Delicious and healthy.

Not a good experience this past Saturday. I understand its going to be a busy day, but so should the Company - and prepare accordingly. 40 minutes to get my order, in part because when I arrived at 30 minutes, told it was still being made. 10 minutes later I checked on order, and told it was in freezer. Not good. To top it all off, no pun intended, ordered 2 peanut butter acai bowls, neither of which contained peanut butter. Definitely impacting my intent to come back and I'm certainly not referring others as most of my friends, like me as a business owner are too busy to wait 40 minutes. Hope this feedback helps. Rick

Love the pitaya bowl!

Ordered the super food bowl, the dry ingredients were not fresh, the granola was stuck together and rock like, the goji berries were also like rocks, I almost broke a tooth. I'm guessing the kids don't know how to keep stuff fresh. The quality is not the same as it was in the past.

Just picked up a acai banana bowl. It had so much agave nectar its inedible. Also the last 2 bowls I've ordered have been very small. The blended part was less then half. I hope this isn't how it will be going forward.

The only place to get acai bowls around here..
