Easy. Tasted great. Did a split bowl, definitely not an even split. A small thing, so not a big deal, but you asked for feedback, and this has happened the last couple of splits I've done, so for whatever it's worth.... My order did have variations, and today it came out correctly, Yay!!

I placed my order on the app and when I came in to pick it up, it was ready and waiting. The young lady at the front counter greeted me and offered me napkins and a bag for my bowl. Very friendly and helpful!

Ladera Ranch is #1! Today, I enjoyed the best ever Açaí superfood bowl. It was so expertly assembled that I was thoroughly delighted even more so than usually!

I would feel a lot better if you would change back your rewards system. I am tired of losing all my points and never getting my free bowl as that is the only item I buy. Your new rewards system is a joke. I have bought MORE than 10 bowls and have yet to receive a free one….

Great experience! I always do a mobile order and find my acai bowl waiting for me in a very timely manner In the pick up fridge! I usually ask for a to go back and it’s given to me with a smile! Excellent customer service and quick to greet when coming through the door.

I love Nektar's smoothies and bowls. However, the prices are high, especially for a large-size smoothie i.e., $12 for 32 oz. Cold Brew Protein. And it takes *forever* to accrue enough point to redeem for a free bowl or smoothie. Plus, if you add any boosts, it's not covered and you pay for it. (When I earn a free drink at Starbucks, I can customize any way I want and the entire drink is still free.)

This is the BEST Nekter location near us. We actually drive further to go to this one instead of the two other locations (Mission Viejo and Lake Forest) that are a lot closer to us because Ladera Ranch is consistent with their bowls and service. The MV and LF ones sometimes underfill the bowls and/or having missing ingredients.

Waiting 40 minutes for two Acia bowls was a little crazy. When I brought it to the attention of your workers, they were not very helpful. Please note that there were not busy at all. I will have to think about ordering from them again.

This store always greets you no matter how busy and they have the best presentation on their bowls with ripened fruits.
