I ordered smoothies and the consistency was a bit thin compared to other places I’ve visited.

I love Nekter, but our smoothie bowls weren’t great today. We ordered 2 PB bowls and there wasn’t much fruit on the top, and they were very runny. They were freshly made, but clearly over blended.

Always good quality products and the staff is always friendly. It feels like Nekter Juice Bar is just a cut above other businesses that serve juice and smoothies.

I normally love your smoothies and bowls, but this experience was the exception. I ordered the peanut butter, chocolate smoothie with extra protein and it came out like sludge and it was actually almost a little bit warm. I actually had to eat it with a spoon because it wouldn’t **** through a straw. I’ve ordered it this way from several locations and I’ve never had the problem before. Just wanted to pass along the feedback.

Smoothie was good, took a little long. Employees didn't acknowledge or say hello.

They were quick at making my smoothies and super friendly and my smoothies are always good! Thank you!

Inconsistent quality of smoothies

I ordered ahead and picked up at the time stated. Once home, I realized my smoothie and bowl are extremely liquidy (the consistency of juice) and the bowl is almost impossible to eat because it’s more like a soup, but then has chunks of fruit or granola. We’ve ordered pick up in the past and never had this problem. I’ve added more ice and the smoothie when I got home so it’s not so thin, but not the quality I have ever experienced from your store.

The male employee who made the 3 smoothie drinks. They tasted better than ever! Not sure what he did, but keep doing it!

I did not like my smoothie at all, it seemed like it’s missing multiple ingredients. Very unsatisfied.
