Our order was ready when I arrived and the service was excellent and cheerful. Our Flamingo smoothies were delicious.

I ordered a smoothie online for pick-up at Nekter at the Ladera Ranch location, and the service and smoothie were excellent! At the time I arrived, I noticed there were two girls working and they were hustling with plenty of orders. I was impressed by how hard they were working, as well as making my smoothie very well! This location will definitely be my go-to for the rest of my online orders for now on.

I ordered two smoothies online. Arrived 15 minutes later to pick them up and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to be made. It’s an incredibly long time for a smoothie.

Placed order online - although the order was made quickly, we weren’t greeted when we went inside and unfortunately the bowl was not as frozen as it usually is - it was super apply, more like a smoothie. Kiddo had to “drink” it after eating the toppings. For the price, these shouldn’t be hit or miss like this.

My smoothie was put in the to go fridge -- my name was not called out even though I was standing there waiting for my smoothie. Would be nice to call out the name and then insert in fridge if that person does not come up to get their smoothie.
