I ordered two smoothies (the exact same one) with no dates and sure enough they both came with dates. This is probably the third or fourth time in a row this has happened. I love this place and the workers but for some reason they can’t seem to figure out what No Dates means. Including DoorDash fees on two of the four wrong orders, I wasted well over $70 on smoothies I can’t drink because of dates.

Love the smoothies and the people at the ladera ranch location. Very professional and nice. I live closer to the Rancho Santa Margarita location but found them to be rude with no customer services will never go back there. Thank you!

All the products are great and taste good. The customer service is good but every order takes over the estimated order time of 20 minutes for a mobile order. 25-30 minutes to receive two small smoothies seems unreasonable.

I’ve noticed that the product quality in Ladera Ranch is inconsistent. This is the second time the strawberry banana protein smoothie has been watery and this time it lacked the usual flavor. I’ve not noticed the same issue in the San Clemente location.

Smoothies at this location never taste the same. Sometimes they are delicious and sometimes they taste like they were made incorrectly. usually 50/50 on whether it tastes good or not. Today it was not good, I think there were missing ingredients.
