I've noticed that the last several times that I ordered the acai banana berry bowl, it's been on the runny side. I usually order via app & pick up shortly after and I've also ordered inside the store & noticed that it's not as thick.
It's probably like a smoothie consistency but it's not thick at all. So in that respect I've been very disappointed. When you dig your spoon into the bowl, I don't think it should be that soft. Maybe it's the quality control issue with the staff.

This store is the fastest and most efficient Nekter I’ve ever been to. Last week I accidentally gave you a poor score because I thought a smoothie was made wrong, but I was wrong. The smoothie ended being delicious and made perfectly. I’ve never talked to someone in this location because they have the fridge on the counter but I don’t mind it, it makes the experience fast on my break. Whoever is running this store should be training all the stores…especially the store in Orange off Chapman.

Love it! The Ladera Ranch Nekter is actually my favorite, though it is furthest from my house. The smoothies are always thick, whereas at some other Nekters they aren't, and the quality is always great. The employees are nice at all Nekters and were very nice today.
