Smoothies were tasty but way too pricey. $30 for 2 drinks! Over-priced.

Hi Petrina! Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We’re so happy to hear that your smoothies were tasty - we agree!! I’m not sure how familiar you are with the brand, but our smoothies are made to order with whole, fresh ingredients - never concentrates or flavored syrups… which does make the price a little higher as those good are more expensive. Our team takes their reviews seriously, & we hope that our “stars” reflect things we can control, such as customer service & product taste and quality… our team can’t control price and so they’re always bummed to get less than a 5 star for those reasons. We hope you’ll consider changing your rating to reflect those controllable things, and perhaps consider downloading the nekter rewards app if you haven’t already… it is a pretty generous program so that you can continue to enjoy fresh, healthy smoothies AND earn freebies along the way! Thanks again for your time.

I had ordered a pickup and upon arrival I was greeted and my drink was already prepared, waiting in a cold fridge! No wait at all and the order was packaged, ready to go.
