very rude staff, especially the girl at the front counter who was wearing her school scrubs. first off, that is highly unprofessional for a food service worker, if she was training in any medical field before coming to work. I came in half an hour before close and was informed they couldn’t make juice because the juicer was being bleached?? that was the entire reason I came in, so I ordered a pre packaged juice and another hot menu item, took an entire 18 minutes to receive that item. majorly disappointing service

Terrible terrible was called rude for going in there at 6:50 for a juice and was told they couldn’t make me anything because they already cleaned the machine. So they actually close before 7 keep that in mind!

I went this location hoping to get a Jamba Juice. Once I arrived, realized the Jamba juice changed to Nekter. I haven't been there before l, so I didn't know what to get. I normally get a Caribbean passion from Jamba juice, so I tried a strawberry banana smoothie. The price was almost $15.00 for a large. The drink was horrible. This store is way overpriced and the taste is not quality. Do not go to this overpriced store. Look for a Jamba Juice.

Charged us for a juice, then told us the juice maker was broke. Girl at the front end didn't know how to refund it and told us to grab a juice off the shelf and its the same. But I ended up paying like $3 more for didnt get the fresh juice

Frustrated that when I showed up close to closing, they said they couldn’t do juices bc they already broke down the equipment…umm you’re open til 7…no equipment for the main thing you serve should be broken down already. I understand you want to leave as soon as possible, but then you’re loosing out on business. Also, when the girl came out of the back to take my order she didn’t say a single word to me, no hi, no good evening, not even a smile, or “what can I get ya?”. I just started ordering and that’s when she said they can’t do juices once I had ordered one. These young kids need to know how to do customer service properly, they just stare at you and don’t greet you and just seem bothered to have to take my order, which is a common theme apparently based off the other reviews. Please speak your employees on how to treat ppl kindly and provide customer service well. Even leaving was more like an annoyed “have a good night”

Staff acts like they’re being bothering when you just want to place your order. The overall customer service is disappointing. The juices and smoothies are overpriced and very bland and the restaurant seems dirty. I’ve tried a few different times but am disappointed every time for what the prices are.

Dang, just went to buy some celery juice for a cleanse and I drove 15 min to get there. They closed early... I tried calling the number on here a couple times to order ahead or let them know I was coming but it doesn't ring through... so the number on here is wrong. I got there a few minutes before 7 and the doors were already locked so ha that sucked. So now ima have to go to Sprouts I guess. I get cleaning and locking up when it's almost close time and no one is coming but they saw me try and open the door before 7 and ignored me. I hope they update their phone number at least... and maybe have/update policy to let people in before 7pm ha.

Everything was great. The fruit was very fresh and was ready to pick up when expected. I love the bowls and the juices.

Pickup order was complete before time in app! Great juices always. They have the freshest ingredients and never fail to have all ingredients.

I visited this place and the girls helped us choose the smoothie and bowl. They gave medium juice in a large glass. When asked the girl explained that they were out of stock with the medium size lids and they are getting replenished today. I am very much happy with the service. Will definitely visit again to try other smoothies.

I love the juice options you offer. Today there was a problem with my order. When I got home, I realized that one of my juices was not what I ordered. I’m not sure what juice combination it was, but I specifically asked for no ginger and there was ginger in it.

Have been to his place. Ordered AB healthnut and Acai Mango bowl. They tasted really good. They use agave nekter instead of sugars. I love this place as it is healthy compared to Jamba juice as there are no added sugars.

This was my first purchase from any Nekter juice bar, and I was beyond happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that it is now my newest addiction.
