Horrible my order was Açaí Banana Berry No banana. I was served a bowl of all granola. Where was the fruit smoothie of the bowl?

I came in to get a smoothie and once the cashier put in my order I noticed that it was exactly $1 more than what was posted on the menu on the wall, she seemed confused but basically shrugged her shoulders and asked me if I still wanted the smoothie. I asked her if she was able to honor the price that is posted and she said she had no way to override it, I then asked if a manager was able to, she first said that she would need a code that she doesn't have and then went on to say that they don't have managers just a store owner. I've tried to support nektar but I've had too many problems now with proxe discrepancies and nothing being done about it. This is why many people prefer local places over franchises.

Didn’t give spoon when requested for spoons. Great bowls and smoothies!

I went this location hoping to get a Jamba Juice. Once I arrived, realized the Jamba juice changed to Nekter. I haven't been there before l, so I didn't know what to get. I normally get a Caribbean passion from Jamba juice, so I tried a strawberry banana smoothie. The price was almost $15.00 for a large. The drink was horrible. This store is way overpriced and the taste is not quality. Do not go to this overpriced store. Look for a Jamba Juice.

I took my family there. I was not sure what to order. The staff helped me in choosing the bowl and smoothie. Took Chocolate Peanut butter smoothie and Acai Banana Berry bowl. Kids had Berry Shortcake waffle. Absolutely loved it especially the blue vanilla cashew drizzle and coconut whip. Will visit again to try other bowls and smoothies.

Staff acts like they’re being bothering when you just want to place your order. The overall customer service is disappointing. The juices and smoothies are overpriced and very bland and the restaurant seems dirty. I’ve tried a few different times but am disappointed every time for what the prices are.

Very good service. I went yesterday. Store was very busy. Yet they helped us to choose the smoothies and bowls. I recommend this place.

Did a great job with the two smoothies. I could taste the ginger which is great and appreciated that my order was correct. Also my order was on time if not early. Great job!

I visited this place and the girls helped us choose the smoothie and bowl. They gave medium juice in a large glass. When asked the girl explained that they were out of stock with the medium size lids and they are getting replenished today. I am very much happy with the service. Will definitely visit again to try other smoothies.

It took 3-4 minutes to even be greeted and take order, even though there was hardly anyone in there. Seemed like there was only one girl working. Didn't have receipts, ice, or right size cups. Not the workers fault, but this business seems a little dysfunctional. The mini smoothie was $7, so for the experience and the price. I don't think I would return to this location.

Couple of days back I ordered AB health nut and Mango smoothie delight. That were awesome. I liked it very much. Staff were very friendly and helped me choose the items from menu. Must try this place.

If you want to wait 30 minutes to receive an overpriced smoothie than this is the place for you. I’ve given this location a few chances but nothing has changed so I won’t be back.

I came to Nekter last Sunday and I just had to leave a review. The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. I came with family and tried the superfood smoothies. They were delicious! I got my order within 5 minutes and couldn’t have enjoyed the experience more.
