I am appalled at the lack of customer service that I experienced and if I hadn’t been a loyal customer of nekter for the past 7+ years, I would not return to any nekter after this experience, but I certainly won’t be back to this one!!
I placed an order for pick up for two acai super food bowls and there was no acai in them (see first photo of purely green bowl). The girl working refused to remake it because she said it was the correct recipe even though it was very clearly incorrect. I have been getting the super food bowl for at least 5 years and it’s always looked exactly like the menu (see final photo of bowl made by another location), never what was served today.
She required me to purchase a new order for them if I wanted the “correct” recipe. She was then obviously very upset that she had to remake the same order and just tossed everything into the bowl. Not only did she haphazardly throw the toppings on, she filled it half way so we got half the amount of product and it wasn’t even blended (see 2nd, 3rd and 4th photos).
I was told my only option to get a refund was to email the store. I emailed the store, called the general customer service for nekter and emailed the general customer service for nekter. I finally heard back from the actual store a week later, but they refused to refund the entirety of the order and only would refund one part of the order. So I ended up paying $60 for incorrect acai. The franchise owner of this location should be ashamed how awful their customer services is!
Very friendly staff. My bowl is delicious and everything is fresh. Definitely made up for my recent bad experience at a different nektar. Definitely will be going back

I took my family there. I was not sure what to order. The staff helped me in choosing the bowl and smoothie. Took Chocolate Peanut butter smoothie and Acai Banana Berry bowl. Kids had Berry Shortcake waffle. Absolutely loved it especially the blue vanilla cashew drizzle and coconut whip. Will visit again to try other bowls and smoothies.
I’m really disappointed. I usually have a really good experience with nectar but the employees on staff today at this location we’re not very nice to me or other girls that were trying to figure out why their orders were taking long and then on top of that when my bowl was finally made, it came out with almost no açai compared to what I usually get and a completely different color and not blended all the way as it usually is, I also had to ask for additional toppings because they barely put any on at all and my bowl looked almost empty. When I first got it I get it. I work in service. I understand that things can get busy and stressful, but as a customer, I was really disappointed. I would really like my money back, but unfortunately, I had to leave to go to work. I was very excited for a nectar bowl before work and when was given this almost didn’t even want to eat it. I didn’t have anything else to eat because I have to be at work, but I was pretty disappointed today. In my photos the one I got Today vs normal has the x
It was good. Just in think there was a little weird taste of bowl. Like something was put in that was not from the usual bowl. It had a slight different taste than usual.
