I really like the flavor and system that you have The smoothies are very well made and taste excellent and the parfaits are very good. I have only had one smoothie that was not blended enough. Otherwise, the flavor was still great.

I came here and ordered a strawberry banana smoothie....nothing special or extra. It took me 30 minutes to receive this smoothie. Only one other person in the store, who was there before me and I got my smoothie first! We were talking and she only ordered a bowl. I felt bad for receiving mine first and how long had she been waiting?! The staff member who took my order was also very short and not friendly. Will never go to this location again.
I came into Nektar 15 minutes before close on October 27th. I am very disappointed in the service I received. The girl that came out to take my order sighed when we walked in then came out with an attitude. I proceed to begin ordering a bowl and she tells me i can only order smoothies because she already put away the materials to make a bowl. I find this extremely lazy and rude. I asked her when they close to verify that I should still be served and she continues to explain that they already put everything away to close for the night. She was very rude. We ended up leaving and Nektar lost our service. I do not recommend this location.
I really enjoy Nektar for its nutritious options, it’s one of my go-to spots for my lunch. My only feedback is regarding a couple of app-related issues. First, the tip amount is auto-filled during checkout for To-Go orders. I’ve submitted feedback regarding this before and why I don’t like this. Second, when ordering a smoothie, you have to manually select “no boost” in order to proceed, and it’s quite hidden under another tab. It took me a few minutes to figure out why the “Add to Cart” button was greyed out, and I almost gave up to order from a nearby competitor. I’d love to see these small adjustments made to improve the overall convenience of the app experience.

Excellent smoothie bowl. I ordered online and it was ready exactly on time. Girls in the shop were friendly and smiling.
My experience with Nekter was great. The Smoothie I got was just what I wanted and it was delicious. The people serving me were great, friendly and helpful.
