I thought that I had sent my order through on the app before I left my house to pick it up, and when I pulled up to the store I realized I had not pressed the submit button. The juices, smoothie and açaí bowl were all delicious, the staff was very courteous, and the place was clean. I pre-ordered, and both the smoothie and the açai bowl came out just a little after estimated time, but then they realized the juices had not been made, and instead of putting the frozen items in a cooler while waiting, in this hot heat, regardless of AC, they sat on the counter until the juices were made. That’s why I’m giving it a nine rather than a 10.
