I am a ride or die I looove Nektar so will always be a customer! Today I ordered a smoothie bowl and added the extra topping of the chocolate cashew but my bowl didn’t have it on top :(

I looooove coming here. Their smoothie bowls and smoothies never disappoint. They are always so quick and make grabbing something healthy very easy. I tried their seasonal cake batter flavored smoothie and it was SO good. Not too sweet, just perfect! I actually could not believe it was made with such fresh ingredients. Highly recommend when looking for a sweet treat

It was fine but I think yall need to do way more fruit on your smoothie bowls

It was wonderful. My bowl was perfectly made, ready on time, and the staff was very friendly.

I patronize this business several times a week and today I placed an order online and had my boyfriend pick it up and bring it to me while I was at work. Upon arrival he refrigerated it for me so that I could eat it in between clients. However once I went to eat it the apples were brown and not appealing. So I waited until I got off work and brought it back so that they could remake it. When I arrived I explain what happened and ask if it could be made over. The first young lady said it could. Well when she went to the back I guess her co-worker Sahara had an issue with what I was requesting and was unwilling to accommodate me. I originally didn’t want my money back, but after her passive aggressive remarks and nonchalant behavior towards my concerns I asked for my money back. At the end of the day these fruit bowls are expensive and it should be fresh fruit every single time! I’ve never had an issue ever with quality or customer service, however today Sahara was very unprofessional and could have handled the situation better than she did. I wasn’t asking for anything other than what I paid for! Do better Nektar with your staff and making sure customers are happy! Had my order been correct from the start I wouldn’t be here writing a review. I’m pissed bc I really wanted that bowl!

I love Nekter and it’s always my post workout meal. I split a bowl and take it with me to lunch the next day. Today’s bowl was not as good as it usually is. It didn’t have a firm texture. It was super runny and light on ingredients. I’m sure it’s an anomaly as I have rarely had problems before. I will be back.

Overall it was good. I felt that my açaí was soft or more melted where it is usually very solid.

Everything was wonderful, please bring back the raspberry bowl!!

Eh I like the bowls better than the smoothies. I also wish I was told about the app the three times I ordered prior.
