I love Nekter smoothies, juices, teas, and waffles. My husband and our son both love the smoothies too. Delicious and the quality is consistent.

MISLEADING menu on overpriced smoothies that will not deliver. Went in after a leg work out looking for a high protein smoothie. The place is very clean but and very small too. Not a deal breaker considering it is a fast paced “get in-get out” kind of industry. I’m an almond/ peanut butter person myself so i opted for their very own ‘Healh Nut’ smoothie. In the description it explicitly list these ingredients. Health Nut peanut butter, banana, date, vanilla protein, housemade cashew milk, agave nectar I ordered mine without agave nectar to avoid the extra calories. I got the small size which is about 10-12 oz cup for $ 9.39 When asked if i wanted protein, confusedly i refused because it is an extra dollar. At that point i questioned why on the menu it says it comes with it but still gets charged. The kind barista said that it doesn’t come with it and i had to pay extra for protein. I find it profoundly disappointing and unprofessional that this business has allure to a very misleading tactic to get more money out their smoothies. After the “added” protein my bill came out to be $ 10.39 for a small smoothie. Overpriced considering their competition have their large smoothies at that price. My smoothie was anything but that. The consistency was very liquified, watery, and thin. I understand the smoothie industry is competitive and often times unforgiving but using these tactics and not delivering is UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT recommend and will definitely try other juice bars with better value and quality.

I love this place. I’m go there at least 3 times a week. The staff is very nice and I love there products. I recommend them over all the competition and other smoothie and juice bars.

Wonderful! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted and staff walked me through all the options. When I decided they still asked follow up questions of things I didn’t think about. So friendly, kind and patient. I came back the next day and she made sure I got my free juice since I downloaded the app. Never felt rushed and I’ve been back everyday since.

We love Nektar! And we've connected with Nektar in the past when our experiences didn't meet expectations – as they normally do! I feel bad that this isn't the first time we've reached out, but our experience was so poor on Friday (7/26), that we couldn't sadly leave out reviewing the experience. My wife (separate order) got a bowl that was so liquidy that it had the same consistency as a juice. And this was shortly after ordering – it didn't even have time to melt. And normally, it wouldn't be enough for me to send in a comment, but paired with my wife's order – my bowl was so far short of even half filled. Probably half the size of what I normally order from Nektar. It would be great if there was a higher degree of consistency going forward, but it does seem specific to whomever or whatever was working on Friday. Hope for better in the future!

I absolutely adore my experience at Nekter Juice Bar. The vibrant atmosphere, deliciously healthy options, and refreshing drinks never fail to leave me feeling rejuvenated. While it can be a bit pricey, especially with regular visits, it's still more affordable compared to other similar companies. Plus, it's inspired me to recreate some of their amazing concoctions at home, making my wellness journey even more fulfilling and budget-friendly.

Although the ingredients of some of the protein bars and premade juices contain hydrogenated oil and extra sugar respectively, everything else about the food and smoothies is great. The juices are also highly recommended, and the customer service is impeccable. The wait time is also reasonable. I love the rewards program

Employees are always nice. Just ***** when when I go there, thinking I can buy a cleanse, and they’re always out of juices.:(

It was ok. Cashier was on the phone when I arrived. Kept talking, so I had to wait until the next worker clocked in to hand me my juice I had already paid for online that was just sitting there waiting on me. Told the girl on the phone it was my juice and she ignored me causing me to be there for longer than I really needed to be
