My experience has been great. I like having a healthy option nearby the hotel , with vegan friendly choices. It's walkable distance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and helpful. They make the bowls right the first time around!!!

My bowl was delicious! And I also ordered the Avowaffle (I think that's what it's called), and it was surprisingly delightful!

This place used to be amazing about 3 years ago. I got food from this place almost 5 times a week at one point.
Slowly, my smoothies and smoothie bowls kept getting less filled, and then sometimes my smoothies would be watery and runny.
This place cost way too much to be serving supbar food, especially when there are two other cheaper options around. Id love to discuss with the store manager.
I am not sure when the switch to frozen strawberries on açai bowls became a thing, but it is very upsetting to pay $13 for a bowl and not have fresh toppings

Staff was great. Chunks of unblended fruit in bowl and bowl could be colder/ more frozen to improve texture!
