employees are fantastic, bowls are amazing, vibe is great, my only ask and I know you know this is just to make sure you fill the bowls to the top right? With tip they're close to $20 so its just a huge bummer tbh when they are half full. BUT, I do feel you are getting wayyyyyyyyyyy better about this! Net, I love you guys and tell everyone about you!

There wasn't much interaction at the actual store or with the employee however the peanut butter bowl that I ordered was for my father who just started chemotherapy for throat cancer. He cannot eat solid foods right now but I wanted to find him a snack that he could eat that was high in protein and had some type of nutrition. He absolutely loved his peanut butter bowl and I think that we will be ordering many over the next several months while he endures chemotherapy and radiation!

First time in! The young man who served us was helpful in my decision making and I ordered the pink flamingo at his recommendation. Not disappointed at all! Tasty and fresh! And I feel like Prices are comparable to other smoothie places. I’ll be back to try an açaí bowl 😊
The in-store employees in the Oakley area are really friendly. They greet everyone with a smile, which is one of the things I love about the place. They always make my smoothie bowl so well—it feels like they put genuine care into it.
One suggestion: it would be great if the packaging for delivery orders could be sealed more securely to prevent any contamination

We love Nektar! And we've connected with Nektar in the past when our experiences didn't meet expectations – as they normally do! I feel bad that this isn't the first time we've reached out, but our experience was so poor on Friday (7/26), that we couldn't sadly leave out reviewing the experience. My wife (separate order) got a bowl that was so liquidy that it had the same consistency as a juice. And this was shortly after ordering – it didn't even have time to melt. And normally, it wouldn't be enough for me to send in a comment, but paired with my wife's order – my bowl was so far short of even half filled. Probably half the size of what I normally order from Nektar. It would be great if there was a higher degree of consistency going forward, but it does seem specific to whomever or whatever was working on Friday. Hope for better in the future!
