Today was bad. My Açaí bowl was supposed to be ready by 11:08am, and I was handed it at 11:42am after waiting inside and continually giving my name and being told “they are making it now.” When I asked what happened I was told my order was “lost.”

Ordering online was easy, prices were upfront with all add-ons, and açaí bowl was ready before the estimated pick up time. The girl at the counter welcomed me when I came in, which was nice.

The only problem, is that you are being very stingy on the strawberries in the cholcolate bowl. Most times, I have to request more

Disturbing I forgot to tell them not to put spinach in my cooler. Stop them while they were making it told them no spinach only to end up with spinach because they were already making the drink. Gave me the drink stating it didn't have spinach. Like I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. To have to come back pay again for what I truly wanted sucks. But never again will I order a smoothie. Just the bowls 😤😤😤😤😤 The smoothie was not remade without spinach. Until I came back and purchased a new one and asked for it not to be made without spinach before they started making it. I drink smoothies regularly. So the first one was a rich dark green because of the spinach... while the second one came out light green without the spinach. I don't like spinach because of the taste in smoothies so it's not hard to tell when it's in a smoothie... lol now if I wasn't vegetarian/ vegan you would probably get over. But this is my lifestyle.

I used the app and ordered ahead of time. When I got there, it was ready, which was great because I needed it quickly. I was also helped quickly by the associate. My bowl was delicious as always.

This is my favorite place to come for healthy bowls & smoothies. I tried the AB Mocha smoothie today & unfortunately did not like it at all. I love the PB Mocha. I’ll still be returning.

I love the bowls and the app makes it super easy to order. It’s also nice to receive the rewards as well.

Welcoming as soon as I walked in, online ordering was a breeze, boyfriend loves the pbj bowl and my smoothie tastes great!

Normally really love Nektar and the unmatched level of consistency with the bowl/smoothie sizes, makeups and consistency, so I was quite surprised to find my bowl only about half full on my most recent visit. Missed the mark from what is normally great. Hope this isn't a trend. Thanks!

Loooooove Nekter’s immunity bowl and chia pudding soooo much! Everyone is always so nice and the bowls are beautifully done!

I’ve spent a $150 at Nektar the last two weeks since I found out about it while door dashing. I’m fortunate I can spend $50-$60 a day on fresh, nutritious, and delicious food. The Super Food Acai Bowl is my favorite.
