My last visit was not good. The employee was welcoming. The only thing bad was the product. I ordered a protein power, which was supposed to be topped with peanut butter, but no peanut butter. I also added almond butter to it (not to substitute the peanut butter, but added). The almond butter was a hard clump and very tasteless.
The protein power bowl was just overall tasteless and not good at all.

I had an overall okay experience. I ordered on the app and the Bowl was ready when I got there. However, the customer service can be improved. I wasn’t greeted even after I greeted the cashier she just stared at me. Then I told her why I was there and she just handed the bowl to me and walked away. I said Thank you and have a good day which she did not respond to either.

Early morning arrival we decided to try a bowl it was delicious and really good portion! Took some time but overall well pleased
I love nektar and the banana berry bowl is my favorite. I selected no blueberries today, but didn’t realize that meant inside. I wanted no blueberries on top and more strawberries or banana. Also, I noticed the app doesn’t show the calories which I always like to look at.

My acai bowls have been very inconsistent lately. Today I received one that was not blended well and had frozen instead of fresh strawberries. Theres frozen strawberries came with a very sweet syrup that made the bowl inedible almost.
