Overall not bad. The app is a little bit clunky - the way options are laid out seems unnecessarily complicated. My only real complaint though, is that I had wanted to order the dragon fruit bowl. I didn't see it on the app at all, so I ordered something else...but when I got to the store, the menu showed that they had it. It was a bummer that the app didn't accurately reflect the actual menu in the store, which caused me to not be able to order ahead for the item I wanted. This makes me hesitant to use the app unless this is fixed.

My pick up orders are never done on time, and I get my protein smoothies here for my lunch commute across town. I don't have extra time to sit and wait 10 minutes when I'm doing a 45min commute as it is, resulting in me being late for my therapy sessions. Thats my only complaint.
