Excellent customer service as all my visit! Great job! Smoothie was delicious.

I had an average experience at Nekter. The shop itself was clean, cute, and had a nice atmosphere, so I appreciated that. I also ordered a smoothie, which was decent, but nothing that really stood out. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and had to use the ordering tablet. I was the only customer in the store, but it still took about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The employee wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t welcoming or engaging. The only thing they said to me the entire visit was my name when my order was finished. I ordered the Go Bananas Waffles, and unfortunately they didn’t look much like the menu photo. There was an enormous glob of peanut butter covering the waffles, making them difficult to eat and overwhelming the other flavors. This is what I ordered versus what I received. A little more balance with the toppings would have made a big difference. Overall, not a bad experience, but not one that makes me eager to come back. With friendlier customer service and a little more consistency in the food presentation, I think this location could be much better.

It’s a bit pricey, but the juices and smoothies are really good. I love how many options they have, including the Toxin Flush… like what? lol. It honestly sounds so interesting though, and I definitely want to try that next time. I got the beet juice this time. They said it’s pure, but I know beets are naturally sweet, so I was surprised mine tasted a little sour. Kind of weird. I don’t even know what my husband and kids got, but they finished theirs within a few hours, so theirs must’ve been really good.

I pretty much did the exact same thing 3 times and it worked on the 3rd. Besides that, adding a dollop of almond butter to any bowl or smoothie takes it to the next level for sure.

Hi! I added yogurt to my smoothie and it wasn't mixed into the drink—it was just a scoop at the bottom. Smoothie was still good I just thought I’d let you know. I still love ya’ll and I’ll be back next week (lol). Thanks!

Staff is kind, and the selection is amazing! I feel great after drinking a smoothie.

I don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be. I am not sure who is at fault…if it was the team member, the mobile order aspect, or this location in general. With another locations near by I’m not sure I’ll go to this one again.
