I love the smoothies. A bit on the pricey side. Young staff there needs customer service training though. Most workers I encounter at Nékter are very off putting

Unnecessarily rude employees who don’t take the time to listen to my questions regarding whether the smoothie was prepared correctly since I have a gluten allergy and had requested granola on the side on the app. Since the initial employee barely listened to my question regarding this and answered a completely different question than what I had asked I did not feel comfortable with what was prepared. In addition they said they made a mistake in adding granola despite the side request because they had not read the ticket and despite this they still gave me an order that was incorrect. Instead of understanding my concerns, both employees were rude and passive aggressive. This Nektar location should consider hiring individuals that have the ability to communicate which seems like a bare minimum requirement most employees should have. This younger generation can’t seem to be bothered with simple, reasonable questions and are rushed to end the conversation despite having only one customer (myself ) present. Would recommend you take your services elsewhere and not support this location.

It was an okay experience . Although it was an online order walked in it was quiet not much of a friendly environment seemed dark and cold . When I got my smoothie she just put it on the counter and walked away .

Overall I love coming to Nékter Juice bar in general. I love how everything is fresh and not full of added sugars that other so called juice or smoothie spots claim they don’t have. Wish there was more healthy food options though like avocado toast with egg or chia seed pudding ooh and slightly longer hours for the summertime like it you guys were to close at 7Pm that would be PERFECT because the majority of us get off at 5:30 or 6 o’clock and it makes it hard for us to wanna get a drink when you get your closed

Anthony provides excellent customer service every-time my family and I patronized nekter. He makes our smoothies, bowls and my Buzz exactly the way we like it every-time, he knows our orders without us asking. That’s the reason we travel the distance to Crocker when we live in Elk Grove! Anthony is an asset to the company.

Mobile order, worked asked right away for name when I entered and prepared it in 5 minutes. Consistent thickness and flavor of smoothie.

In person and online orders always easy! Staff is always kind and friendly and I am never disappointed with my smoothies! My go to spot in Sacramento!

My husband loves the strawberry banana smoothie! He prefers this place over Jamba Juice :)

Owner made things right, so no current complaints. Feedback would be finding a way to charge for granola on smoothies! 😄
