Unfortunately, it wasn't until after I left I looked inside my bag to see my smoothie was the wrong size. Difference is pretty big in price, so very unfortunate.

Went here for the first time recently. The staff was excellent, working efficiently and quickly so I could be in and out the door with my order in no time. My order included a Berry Banana Burst superfood smoothie, which was only one of many appetizing choices on the menu. It had a great flavor with a texture I haven't seen anywhere else before. This was some of the best juice I've had in a long time, would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in town looking for a fast and nutritious fuel-up.

My last time here!!!. It’s either a quality issue or they are rude. Today 8:30 in the morning no customers were there and the girl at the counter didn’t acknowledge me. So I waited and she just kept her head down looking at her phone. Another customer came in and she looked up and said “Hi are you here to pickup and order? She gave him the order then came back and continued to ignore me. So I finally said “Are you ready to take my order?” She was clearly ignoring me on purpose and I don’t need to go through that just to get a smoothie. I’ll gladly go somewhere where I’m treated with respect. I order from Nekter in Fair oaks and they are the best

The speed and friendliness was great. I would like to say that I feel your smoothies are over priced. Because of this fact, I don't order from you as often as I would like to

My order was correct and the smoothie was delicious; however, there was a customer service miss made that should be avoided in the future. I placed an order online for 1:15 p/u. I arrived at the store at 1:05, the young lady behind the counter told me that the gentleman was still making my drink. OK, I said to her "no problem, I'm a little early". When the drink maker brought the drink over about 8 minutes later, I approached him as though it was mine (coincidentally the same drink) he said no this isn't yours, yours is right here already in the chiller - which was a slightly different color since I added blueberries. So in fact, my drink was already made and waiting when I arrived, so I actually could have been handed my drink at 1:05. So please be sure to remind all of the counter people to double-check to see if the online item has not been placed in the chiller prior before saying anything. Thank you for asking.
