Took 30 minutes from the time I placed my order online, which is bad enough. When I came in no one looked up to acknowledge my presence, even when I spoke to them. Yes, the weather is hot and they were busy, but even under those circumstances the customer service should have been better than that

I had an average experience at Nekter. The shop itself was clean, cute, and had a nice atmosphere, so I appreciated that. I also ordered a smoothie, which was decent, but nothing that really stood out.
The service, however, left a lot to be desired. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in and had to use the ordering tablet. I was the only customer in the store, but it still took about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The employee wasn’t rude, but they also weren’t welcoming or engaging. The only thing they said to me the entire visit was my name when my order was finished.
I ordered the Go Bananas Waffles, and unfortunately they didn’t look much like the menu photo. There was an enormous glob of peanut butter covering the waffles, making them difficult to eat and overwhelming the other flavors. This is what I ordered versus what I received. A little more balance with the toppings would have made a big difference.
Overall, not a bad experience, but not one that makes me eager to come back. With friendlier customer service and a little more consistency in the food presentation, I think this location could be much better.
i ordered online and signed in with my rewards account but instead of sending my order to the folsom location it sent it to the one all the way in sacramento
