I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or consistency of anything I’ve ever ordered. The app was a little glitchy for me, it wouldn’t take my payment. I pretty much did the exact same thing 3 times and it worked on the 3rd. Besides that, adding a dollop of almond butter to any bowl or smoothie takes it to the next level for sure.

Where can I find the nutritional information for your menu? It’s been months since I ordered from you and my bowl tasted very sweet. I requested no agave and I don’t think it was added, but the bowl was sweet.

I was not greeted upon entering though the team saw me. Looked at me and went back to what they were doing. They got to me quickly but the person who helped me wiped his single use gloves with paper towels and kept his gloves on at the register. Yikes! And gross! The bowl was delicious.

I usually order ahead and have my husband pick up for me. Ordering is easy, and my husband had never had an issue getting my order. It's even gotten to the point where he is considering actually trying a smoothy bowl himself, despite the fact that he's not sure that it's an actual meal. I added a waffle to my bowl and he told me that it was stored separately until they got my order from the freezer. The waffle was then added to the bowl. I enjoyed it, and he was impressed. Thank you!

My first time there today! I bought the Acai Bowl and it was so delicious.. the portions generous and the fruit toppings were perfectly ripened. It was definitely a meal in a bowl. I look forward to going back very soon.

I don’t usually come to this location and I decided to mobile order. This location is about 5 minutes from my house. I ordered online and then immediately got into my car to go pick it up. I was helped promptly and didn’t really have much of an interaction with the staff. I drove the 5 minutes home and was so excited to eat my açaí banana berry bowl. I was soooo disappointed on how watery the blended part of the bowl was. It was so watery and blended even beyond smoothie consistency. It was really challenging to eat and enjoy. Everytime I order this bowl at other locations it’s thickly blended like a bowl should be. I am not sure who is at fault…if it was the team member, the mobile order aspect, or this location in general. With another locations near by I’m not sure I’ll go to this one again.

I ordered two bowls one came half full, and the other one was filled. Very inconsistent in quantity and quality. Service was quick, but no greeting just staring at me until I said something.

I have tried other Acai bowls from other places, and nothing can compete. It's a perfect blend of quantity, flavor, and sweetness. I will continue to come to get my Acai. Thanks

I used the app to order bogi acai bowl offer but I got charged the full price and the issuse was not solved

Anthony provides excellent customer service every-time my family and I patronized nekter. He makes our smoothies, bowls and my Buzz exactly the way we like it every-time, he knows our orders without us asking. That’s the reason we travel the distance to Crocker when we live in Elk Grove! Anthony is an asset to the company.

I love everything about Nektar juice bar, it's my favorite place to go for acai bowls in Sacramento!
