Excellent customer service. Bowls, smoothies, juices are always delicious. Robert was the staff person who greeted me into the store. He did so with a smile and made me feel welcome. Kudos!!

I ordered acai bowls for today at 1:30. When I went in, they were already done! Which was great !

The PB bowl was made well. Much better than the last one from a different location - midtown

Honestly not good. All our açaí bowls (4) were missing items.

Ordered a bowl. Wait was long and decided during that time I wanted to eat somewhere else. I ask for a refund, the cashier calls over her manager to do it. He refunds me but purposely left out my change. I asked for receipt and he hesitated. Don’t understand why he would keep my 95 cents but it seemed like he didn’t want to do the refund at all. Won’t be coming back here due to his actions. If I don’t want the food that hasn’t even been made yet I don’t understand the issue and why I didn’t receive my full refund.

I had my first bad experience when this location. I ordered two items for my husband to pick up, a bowl and the Tajin fruit cup. The fruit cup was half empty and the pineapple used was actually just pineapple core! I've never been served a bowl of fibrous core before. The local fruit guy has nothing to be concerned about if that's what the Tajin cup looks like. :(

Good. I wish you had green plant based smoothies in addition to the fresh pressed juice and açaí bowls.

The peanut butter bowl I ordered was nice, but the service was quite bad. I ordered online and came to pick it up when it shows online that it should be ready. I told the young man cashier I’m here to pick up and he just said ok and ignored me. I waited another 20 min until the young woman finally took my order that’s been ready at the front refrigerator the whole time… Then the older man said I gotta give them the confirmation number as if it was my fault.

The last several orders I placed were for my husband to pick up for me. I love him, but he has no patience. The fact that I've gotten every order, they've been correct, and he never complained about them is a testament to the fact that you're doing something right! He even bought me a random smoothie bowl one day (the raspberry one) as a surprise. This man hates "hippy froo-froo stuff", but he was asking to brave the shop for me because picking stuff up has been a painless experience for him. Thank you!
