The staff was friendly and my bowl was perfect.

I enjoyed the experience the front lady working was really friendly but my bowl was not full, it had literally 3 strawberry slices and the agave was not on top. I really wanted to enjoy this bowl but it was just bleh I ended up having to throw it away. I do have pictures of the bowl.

Always helpful with my orders. Wait time is almost non existent. This is my go to location for morning bowls.

My bowls were ready by the time I got there to pick them up. Great service!

I LOVE Nektar!!!! The almond butter bowl and pumpkin smoothies are my favorites.

The acai bowls were prepared quickly and ahead of schedule.

Had a great experience! Love the bowl I get. I just have one thing. I tried to get the PB as a side option but there wasn’t anywhere to specify that or have that as an option. Is there a way this can be added? I love PB but having it on top gets all messy and I like it on the side. I asked one of the employees about it and they were going to check but forgot so no worries. But I would like it next time but which there was a side option.

I have had good experiences so far at the Crocker Village location. This last order was prepared so quickly, I really appreciate it. I knocked off a star because when I downloaded the app I was promised a free açaí bowl. I never received my reward, so that was a big let down.

In the past this location had pretty bad customer service, and the bowls were mid, so I stopped coming for awhile, but both have gotten a lot better lately and everyone has been really nice and helpful. And the bowls are made way better than before. I come all the time now

Love Nekter's Protein Bowls and liquid multi-day cleanses . . . Nekter is my go to when I need change from Starbucks and a most healthy lunch when I'm out and about . . .

Service and taste were great. Only reason for 9 stars is that a free bowl was advertised, only to find out you had to make a purchase before that.

Everyone was very cheerful and friendly, and the bowls were delicious and beautiful!

I walked in to pick up my mobile order, and there was a customer ahead of me. The girl at the register helped the customer and then stood there oddly looking straight ahead. Once she looked at me, she asked if she could help me. I mentioned I had a mobile order and gave her my name. She looked in the freezer at a few items and couldn’t find it, so I told her what I had and she said it was still being worked on. I sat there for about 5 minutes before she asked if I was sure I was at the right location. Just then, a male looked in the freezer and found the items. They had been there the whole time. She didn’t apologize, or even really verbalize anything at all. She just gave me my items and again, looked oddly at something else besides me, the customer. Customer service was bad compared to other visits Also, our açaí bowls were filled less than the many other bowls I’ve had from Nekter. I have purchased from a location in Folsom and a few times in Elk Grove and each time, my bowl is filled to the lid. This time, the toppings could’ve been doubled and the bowl still wouldn’t have been full. It was just an experience I have not had from this company before.
